My credit card is being declined. What gives?

Make sure your “Billing Address” on your order is the same address where the credit card statements are mailed to. They MUST match. This is the most common reason cards are declined.

Also, note, that when your card is declined we did not receive your order, and you were not charged. Your card was "Authorized" only and these funds are being
temporarily held by your credit card company, not us. Usually these funds are released by your credit card company/bank within 24-48 hours.
